I need to hear from the experts here.
I'm assembling my blown BBC. I'm running Dart Pro 1 heads. When I ordered my head gaskets(cosmetic 4.310 bore, .040 thick), I chose the set made for Brodix heads by mistake. I didn't scroll all the way through the notes on the page. I know, I'm a idiot!
The only difference, which I didn't even notice until one side was torqued down and the other side was sprayed with copper coat, is the water passages on the ends of the gaskets.
Is this restriction going to be detrimental in a blown lake jet or should I run them?
