Ahhh, for one of those ultra rare taaaaall deck "W" blocks Is there one missing from the pic or is this a 7 cyl? How many of those do you make on a run?

Here is the other one. We cut the small end down. The pin bolts on and is doweled where we rifle drilled the beam.

We are doing them a short run of 8 at the moment. They need them to finish out the month.

But we have 50 more castings waiting to run.

They are 2 cylinder 2 stroke engines.

Those are castings. We have some similar that are forgings.

And sometimes I can play with cool stuff.

    For example:

Overhaul to this mandrel. it is pneumatic and grabs the ID of a 4' or 5' wide coil of steel sheet.

We have 4 of these cooling tower gearboxes to overhaul.

These are the cranks to the engine we are doing these rods for. We balanced the cranks.

And... last but not least. These import bearings. Not enough end play on the cranks during assembly. So we fixtured up and are cutting the thrust surfaces only for them on the CNC mill. About 5,000 of them.

Casting to nearly finished. 25 tools in this machine. Plus the vertical mill for cutting tangs.
