    Default gasket or no gasket

Should I use exhaust gaskets on this or not?

I always just went with hi temp silicon.

I have always had far better luck with stock type gaskets with a little high temp on them over header gaskets. (like you get in a rebuild kit or at any parts store)

    There are two problems.

1, there are two completely different metals with two very distinct expansion rates. (stuff's gonna move around)

2, there are dissimilar metals offering up galvanic opportunities (corrosion)

I would recommend fiber (no foil) gaskets, or copper gaskets for headers with just a touch of Ultra Copper silicone, it's always worked for me.

I will certainly keep you posted.

The water is pretty straight forward...I use a pick up under the boat for the intercooler which will dump into the exhaust pipes...the oil is a little trickier, I got a remote oil filter which splits off and goes to the carb box (which when you think about it is kind of dumb). from there it feeds the turbos...then the oil drains from the turbos to the mid/front of the oil pan.
