Default Question on carb wistle sounds

This just started happening as far as i can hear I noticed it this weekend. As i was idling around the carbs or carb has a wistle sound. I had a few leaks in the base between the carb plate and the blower but tightened them up last week. Carbs are tight to the carb base. All the plugs on the carbs are new as are the rubber ones.

I also plugged a nipple on my blower manifold that was to the regulators boost feature. Its blocked off now. I had a leak there before.

the boat runs much more quieter now.

Are there a better carb base to blower gasket? I got all these from Good Vibrations. They look to be good. But if there are better choices out there. Im all ears. The carb to base gaskets are all Holley.

Both my blower motors do it after they are warmed up. But only on the down surge (if that makes sense).

    Cave,

Next time it's running spray WD-40 or carb cleaner on the base of the carb or manifold to find the leak. If there's a leak you'll find it.
