    Does that middle section spray straight down or angled to both sides ?

    As far as NOS - many builders feel more comfortable using a single plane intake manifold with more than 125 shot.

    Remember - a dual plane physically splits everything in half.

    Well, with a 150hp shot and possibility of going higher, I'd strongly consider going this way - it should be the new Team G:

    okay so your saying shit can the rpm air gap all together
    why is the new team g better than an older one????

    if i do this and it will cost some dough should i get a rect. or oval???my heads are oval.

    what in reality could i expect?50rpm is that enough to mess with???for 200 plus and then gaskets???

    no one has anwsered my question the rpm say up to 6500.

    the new team g has a bigger plenum volume to keep up with higher rev'n bbc's with oval port heads. i never new they made 1 for oval at all, or is that new to them also?

    how far up into your scoop does the carb sit now or is it pan mounted? can't remember ever seeing under your cover.

    Performance wise, if you are already happy, then leave it alone.

    We are just giving you info on something that should be a little better. That's all.

    Again, with bigger shots of juice or with blow thru SC, most would rather have a single plane intake. A little more safety margin and usually a little more power. Enough for a few hundred rpm ? Doubtful, but then that's what bigger nitrous jets are for. LOL.

    ===============

    The new Team G was designed with computers and supposedly wet flow benches. The old Team G was a decent intake for it's time, but with modern day machinery + modern killer cyl heads and cams, it was time. Thus the Air Gap RPM's and Air Strikes too.
