alot left on the table. it'd be easy to convert your blow thru overthe blower shop makes a nice 750cfm blow thru carb i've herd great things about. prob what i'll use on the sbc build.

Dare to be different, if it turns out great you can claim you planned it that way.

There are only some turbos that have the vacuum seal that can be used on a draw through application. That will be the limitation on the draw though.

For blow through you can get monster turbos with T6 flanges that will give the blow through the most HP potential.

yea i got the carbon seals in the turbos, custom build deal. its on the t4 mounts on the hardin logs & risers though.i was hoping that the turbos would do at least 1350 hp?i was hoping that the little smaller style logs would help it spool up quicker.i don't want to deal with a whole refab. deal yet..little by little & see all the hp increasesone at a time .they will spool up a little quicker won't they?

1350hp with T4's on a 505 with logs......not sure your going to get close to that man. Maybe with a healthy dose of bottle to go with it.

Hate to tell dude but with the smaller t04 turbos and logs 750hp is about tops, you may get close to the 800 mark but backpressure is going to start causing the dreaded detonation along there somewhere.
NOS will take you on up to were your wanting to be, but would be easier and less hassle to just run what you have for a year while you gather the stuff to do the blowthrough, larger turbo ,bigger header, thing.

can't run the turbos any more. the turbo guy said he won't help me any more that i need to step up to a bigger turbo! i just rebuilt one turbo & the first wot long run i seazed the thrust washer onto the turbine shaftby by rajay turbo, only 2 out of 4left.gonna save-em for the right application or sell 'em. left i talked to the turbo manufacurer today & he said that the turbos he's building will support what i'm looking for & much much more . i think he said that he can get 800 to 1200 hp each turbo on the t4 mount. probably not draw through though. i've already got @ 950 hp out of the old rajays. lots of mods! i appriciate all the input.thats all i can do right now is proccess input untill those darn turbos show up..he said mon or tues....another week-end boatless. thanks again for the info guys

i guess i'll be the guinnie pig, the guy at the turbo manufacurer said the logs will hold heat in? i guess thats a good thing to expand the air to spool up faster . how fast does yours spool-up? if yuo were dead stopped ? by the time you'r plained out ? before plained out? 1/2 way, plained out+ @ 20'-30' ? full boost with in 50'/yards?just curious.

I wouldnt worry about spooling up the t04s on a big block, wont be a problem.
Mine are spooled way before the boat is on plane, then just as the nose starts to drop I'm on the NOS button , you think that your turbo deal pulls hard now, just put a small 175-250 shot of nos on it. You'll think that you got hit in the ass end by a freight train.
