    i have no clue...have never seen a hole there, unless its for some kind of vac gage hook-up...i say, plug it & forget it ...just my .02 cents

    One big ass nitrous nozzle.
    Obviously something someone put there. Nothing to worry about...leave it plugged.
    Oh, and use red loctite on those bolts holding that top to the base. It wouldn't be the first time one of those vibrated loose and became shrapnel inside a nice shiny cylinder.

    I think Weiand put it there, then someone made it two sizes larger(oops). I've seen a lot of older t-ram with a plug in that location, typically only 1/4npt though.

    They probably quit putting them there when they realized pcv valves sucked for high performance apps
