Don't know if it's a blue flame but it is a Chevy 302 from the fifties.

Blue Flame Six was the Chevy six in the original Corvette.

What's interesting about this GMC is how much it resembles a LandCruiser six cylinder. Almost exactly the same layout. I guess GMC "donated" the design to the Japanese.

The blue flame six came in a standard 54 coupe and sedan as well. Buddy had one. The lifters wouldn't keep an adjustment. One or 2 was always clacking. We could adjust them so it sounded great. Drive from San Francisco to Santa Cruz and half way back it would start to clack again.
