    Cal. and there new epa laws. The people bought into the green thing. How far is too far.Green does'nt work.

    this may come as a surprise to you. But the state is 100% behind the idea of lube stations. Their big concern is the guy on the street. When the lube station does it, they no where the used oil is going. When you do it, they don't. They can also controll the oil that goes into your car. the manufactures and the state both are behind that. when you go into a Pep Boys, the only way they can control what you buy, is to make sure the wrong stuff(harmful to the enviro) isn't on the self. They are doing a great job of it too. Which explains why Valvoline VR1 is the number 1 selling "racing" oil. Because its politically correct and "green" in the state and manufactures eyes. And pure crap in mine.

    It will crack down on the shaddy shops, like the ones who want to skweek by. The ones who couldn't pass an oasha inspection.There are alot in cal.
