    Default Motor oil?

Does anybody know what oil has sulfur in it? I've heard Valvoline 30wt Racing is the best now. Need an oil that is good for ring and solid lifter break-in. I know there a bunch of additives that can be used. I would like to find a good oil.
    Thanks

If you used a plasma moly ring, and you should have, the rings are broken in by the time you turned the motor over to set the valves.
As for the cam, do yourself a huge favor and go get some break oil specially made for breaking in a flat tappet, or at the very very least, a bottle of additive for breaking in a cam. There is no oil at your local parts store you what to use to break in a cam NONE! Not even the big rig diesel stuff like Rotella. If you have to buy the oil from a retailer, getthe Rotella and a bottle of cam break in additive. Ifyou have dual springs, remove the innner spring until the cam is broken in. And GOOD LUCK!!!!

I'd suggest also to overfill the oil pan so the crank throws more oil up there during the break in.
