    Finally got her re wired, replumbed,cleaned,pump done and in and the new motor bolted in !!!
    on the stand


    boats all ready !


    and shes in !






    Not to bad for a 24 year old boat !!!

    Nope..made to be used...the boat is 24 years old and has at least 5 different motors in her...just lots of tlc and wax

    That's a beautiful job on EVERYTHING!! the anodizing looks insane!
    if you don't mind me asking, how is the price compared to powder
    coating? I'd love to have a couple pieces of mine done in a darker purple.

    1quickcp, don't use a Baron Spark Arrester onthat thing. Have it n pretty good authority, they are resrictive as hell. With a blower you'll probably suck the thing inside out.

    i just run a big ol dooley scoop...I have a gutted 'special" arrestor if need be..
    Probably fire it in 2 days then day trip to shake her down....then camping trip before the lake freezes up here..

    Dude...the thing is PURPLE!

    Looks really good. Some really nice machine work on the billet stuff. I'm sure the power will follow suite.
    What's the bracket on the back of the block, above the flywheel cover?

    Need help finding this 1973 Sanger 18'6" bubble deck mahogany bottom and stringers I was living in Pomona when I sold her in 1979. Just wonder if she still exists

    Update Found my old Sanger 12/7/14 in Reno.

    motors pretty nice, oliverbillet rods, callies 4.375 custom crank,j&e pistons, 1.094 pins, hellfire top napier 2nd,old cnc tall bowtie block,billet caps, .904 isky solid bearing lifters, roller cam bearings,.125 wall pushrods,jesel rockers,nextec springs,dart 360 heads,cnc+hand porting,o'rings and reciever grooves,flatout copper gaskets, inconel valves,olson pan,mersch intake, 14-71, 2 9377 modded dominators. I set compression at 9-1 on this one.

    Oh, its the top bracket for my pump brace, ill take some pics when I get it installed, 2 1 inch octagon rods go to purple bracker on pump with heim ends.
