Default Intake manifold torqe specs w/ aluminum heads

Does any one know what the intake manifold should be torqed to on a set of aluminum heads?
If it matters, the heads are AFR 305's and the manifold is an edelbrock victor ram TR. The bolts are not arp, but ss socket cap bolts....Thanks...Hal

My book doesnt list a seperate torque spec for aluminum vs iron for head bolts. It does however for spark plugs, so that makes me think it's the same for iron and aluminum. personally, i'd wait till tomorrow and call the head and bolt manufature and see what they say.

ah crap, i for some reason though you where looking for head bolt specs. I just checked again and my book still only lists one spec for intake manifold (25 lbs the same as what you found).

Also, this site shows 25lbs for aluminum engines.

torque specs are the same for iron or alumn heads. It the manifold your torquing. make sure you use some anti-sieze. Bolts in alumn have a nasty habit of giving false torque values.
