Default 23 HP for about $.60

A a few months ago I was approached about a product that did "amazing" things. Like all this stuff I took it with a grain of salt. Well he showed up last friday and I got some samples. The HP Boost sample was very interesting. I had a customer with an engine on the dyno so I went there imediately after lunch. A SBC 9 to 1 Crate engine for circle track. He has built about 22 of these and this one was no different at 360HP. We A B A with 2 pulls each. With 1 oz of the stuff to 3 gallons of Super Unleaded it yielded 23HP/21#/ft of torque. Needless to say I was impressed.

The 2nd item is what they call No. 7. It is for routine use and one of its properties is fuel stabilzation along with cleaning and lubricating the fuel system. This is to be used in Diesel, Gas, and 2 stroke applications.

I need a few volunteers to try the No. 7. I have "tested" it and will say that it will take the pinging out of a car.

    PM me.

wonder if its the same stuff the local engine guru sells, bout the same mix ratio, but i think its gotta touch of nitro in it, its called nitro boost. directions on the can say to run the same timing curve etc ya normally would. the guys at self racing swear by the stuff, sure hits hard in a 13.5to1 bbc i know that

does it have that toulene smell to it chris?

Dare to be different, if it turns out great you can claim you planned it that way.

this stuff is purely synthetic and does not contain any alcohol in it. It is 100% ECO friendly. Once it burns it turns to a clear lubricant.

We did not have EGT's on the dyno but did pull the plugs and they looked normal for these circle engines. BSFC went down numerically by .02 pretty constant.

Made from 100% pure synthetic snakes.

I would give it a try Chris if I had anything ready to dyno test.

    Sounds cool.

Were you monitoring A/F ratio during that run? If so, what did it do? Being a chassis dyno manufacturer, we have access to dynos (car, motorcycle, ATV, etc) and have vehicles to test.

Keith no EGTS all we had was visual plug readings and BSFC. BSFC dropped .02 accross the board with the stuff.

I not certain what the first stuff is, but the idea of a fuel additive, injector cleaner, stabalizer/lube is nothing new. The single biggest gain from them seems to be cylinder/ring wear, and a some gain in anti knock. One of the NOS companies had marketed it to the hi performance industry years ago but couldn't get it to fly.

The is a product out there is used in diesel ships and the railway, and large trucking fleets that is sold to them in huge bulk quantities, and has been for years. It was first sold in Europe(because it was easier), and and is now sold all over the world. Mainly for wear, and some what for MPG.

There is one thing that ALL of you should know about ANY product sold over the counter as a fuel or oil additive. By law, it has to be made up the very same things that make up gasoline, and motor oil. Hydrogen, carbon, and may contain oxygen, nitrogen, and sulfer. Thats it. Nothing else. But you can make some pretty amazing things with those building blocks.

The company that made the stuff was taken to court by the Fed Trade Comm, and rather than fight them, they paid a small fine and pull the stuff off the retail shelves and continues to sell millions of gallons in bulks sales to huge commercial customers, and if you will, RE-PACKAGERS You can buy the stuff from the original maunfacture, but only in cases lots, and online.

They had something that sounds alot like the first stuff, but I was under the impression the stopped manufaturing that. But i will check and see if they are now selling it again online.

Nothing new Chris, and no, it is not bullshit.
