    Default Holley jetting chart

    need a chart that can give me the factory jet size so i can use as a refernce point to help tune my buddies motor. he bought a set used carbs and i just rebuilt them but wanted to start from the factory settings and make my adjustments from there thanks

    I think all that information is available on the Holley site, but if not, post the list number of the carbs and someone could reply. I have an older book that covers most.

    Here you go. Compliments of Fiat48. There is a bunch of info stored in the stickys at the top of the dyno forum. thats where this came from.

    thanks but i already new that i needed to find what came in the carb originally like a holley 0-80513-1 100 cfm 4 barrel

    Since you're so helpful, I thought I'd see if you could find the info for my Holley. The list number is 50464 and it is a 750 square bore, vacume secondary.

    I have the Holley rebuild kit (703-33) for it, but Holley has never been my flavor so I'm trying to find out everything I can about it, before I screw it up and try to rebuild it. I'm not sure how the Mopar will run with a motorcraft holley marine carb on it, but at least it isn't a quadrajet.

    You know how to pick em snoc. Far as I can tell it was a OEM carb on 460 Ford marine engines. Also sold as Ford part # E8JL-9510-DA.
    Now jetting info though. Doubt its had the secondary metering plate changed out, so if anything its only the primaries that may have been changed, if even that. My best guess is the primary jets will be in the 72 range.
    It will probably make any NON FORD faster

    Yep that is the Ford Part number stamped on the horn. Still not sure who would run a manual choke on a marine app, but that is an easy fix. I got it off a "rebuilt never ran" 440. The carb is corroded badly, so I figured it could use a rebuild. The engine was junk, but at least I didn't pay more than I would for good cores. I was hoping it was the 600 CFM version so I could throw it on a small block off road vehicle. Holley doesn't recomend running marine carbs on any wheeled vehicle as the metering is supposedly very different. So back on the 440 it goes when I finish the rebuild.
