    Wow !!! Doin' a billet 2 stroke. Schweet !

Ahhh, it should do more hp than that. You sandbagging ?
If port timing and exhaust pipe is done right you should be 190+ anyway.

    My wife's Polaris 600cc has 125hp at 8100.
My stock Polaris 855cc has 149hp at 7500 on 89 octane fuel.

Here's mine doing a rip down my lake.

    Lightbulb

Not a 2 cylinder, but what about a VW engine, like they run in Off Road buggies and stuff like that. They're pretty compact. Just a thought.

    Thanks.

I built a Banshee motor to the same cc's and on alcohol it made 180HP and alcohol/NOS it made 220HP at the rear wheels.

Trailered EVERYONE at the Banshee drags last year.

    Thanks!!

My second two stroke actually. I did a Banshee two years ago.

The port timing is the best there is, I promise you that.

The power was just an estimate. I didn't want to inflate it and look like a fool. I know it will be able to make that power for sure. The exhaust port and available exhaust on the watercraft cylinder lends itself to better power.

Rotax.com has a 4 stroke v-twin that looks like a small package one with 64HP on up to what you want! I belive it was in the snowmobile section! Water cooled or air.
