    Default Spark plug recommendation

    468 chevy, 13-1 com. Grumpy jenkins iron heads, tunnel ram 750 carbs. cam is 650 lift 260 @ 50 on a 108. im running auto lite ar13 now. My engine guy is saying they are to cold. Thanks in advance.

    Are they fouling out quick and thus why he said too cold ?

    No. He is telling me to run a street plug. The plugs get a little black from idle but clean up. I use the boat as a cruiser and some speed runs. Just wanted to get some opinions and see what other people are running.

    Deal like that I would run a NGK 8 heat range projected tip.

    Why the projected tip over the non projected tip. Thank for opinions guys.

    Keeps the plug cleaner during idling and low speed conditions.
