I have a couple of questions? mainly what should I aspect out of my simi v 19' mini day cruiser. when I bought it it was super slow had a 283 stock with small heads (like 1.72 intake valves) and an old holley strip domanator intake and holley carb with water logers. btw it has a berkley jet in good shape with an A impeller. now it has a .30 over 454 with large oval open chamber heads, team-g intake, holley dp 750 bassett OT headers roller rockers, cam is a 234 244 @ .50 on a 112 with a around a .550 lift (jet boat A impeller cam) also as far as the compression how much will your compression raise going from 119cc to 113 cc heads, because the compression would of been somewhere from 8.75 to 9.25 with 119. thanks
Are you running flat top pistons or is there a dome?
Your 8.75-9.25 makes me think there is a little dome on the piston. In any case, going from 119cc to heads with 113cc combustion chambers is about 1/2 point increase in compression give or take a little or about 9.2 to 9.7 to one.
