How much power are you running, is the hand hole cover outside of the boat,do you feel that it is a stock layed up hull, what is your current engine location from the transom. There is a lot to take into consideration when movinng your engine forward. In the old days I have run well over 130 with the engine setting in the stock location. Moving the engine forward has its benefits but there are a few things to take into consideration before moving.
