    Question Greg,? Diverter ram

    Can you rebuild the hyd. ram? Mine leaks a little. Not bad, but enough to add fluid once a year.

    Never tried to rebuild one whenever one went bad we just replaced it.

    when I had my jet, I played around with different rams- diameter/ length
    etc.. you can use air cylinders( stainless ones made by BIMBA) around
    20-25 bucks each! the bigger the diam, the slower it is etc. came up with
    the perfect setup for mine...just thought I'd throw that in

    Yes the are the same cylinders. Place actually does a bit of machining on the ones they sell to accept the diverter indicator or the diverter stops. That is why they are more expensive.
