    Default A sad day

For those of you that have called the shop , the phone was answered by Wendy, who also was my right hand and like ;my daughter that I never had. Sunday night she was taken from us in a tragic motorcycle accident leaving Cooks Corner. My wife is organizing a trust fund for the daughters on Facebook so whatever you all can do would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear this. I recall speaking to her twice and she was really friendly.

Gee.... This is tough news! I have talked with Wendy numerous times on the phone over the last year as I have been working with Greg on a project. I just spoke with Wendy on the phone as recently as the end of last week and sent her an e-mail to forward to Greg this morning. She was always a joy to visit with and was very helpful. May God be with her family and friends during this time. Godspeed Wendilla Smith!

Greg, we are all sorry to hear the news. It was always fun talking smack with her when calling the shop, and she'd always say if you were grumpy or not that day. You have a large community on here and at the river willing to help in any way we can. RIP Wendy.

Hey Greg, I spoke with your wife and she told me the sad news. My condolence's go out to you and her family. I will get a hold of you to get more info so I can help out. I really liked Wendy. She always gave me a hardtime when I called or seen her at the shop. She was never afraid to speak her mind. I liked that about her. I will miss her very much.

Sorry to hear of the GS family loss, although i haven't made any deliveries for or from MPD in a while i could always sit and chat with Wendy while waiting for a check or what ever was going on that day. RIP Wendy, our thoughts are with you, the good ones always leave early.

TTT for Wendy. Rex if you are moderating, could this be added to the Jet section for Greg. Greg has helped his share of jet boat racers etc. Only talked to Wendy on the phone a few times, but sent a check to G.S. as she was always helpful and polite.

Greg, so sorry for your loss. Stop by anytime when you are in Blythe.
