Can anyone tell me what fittings I need to make this forward/reverse cable work on this Berkeley reverse bucket? The cable has no threads but the hole in the housing is threaded and on the bottom I need some fitting for the cable to attach also? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
You need a "reverse cable kit" the original parts consisted of two special stainless barell nuts, two nyliners, a stainless pin and a saftey clip , Im in socal picking Rogers to resto and dont have access to pics to post hopefully someone can put up a pic for you of a standard most all vendors sell these , new and sometimes used Tom
Edit: Josh just noticed (I missed) that you have a 43 "C" cable as well, you can used this style cable vs a 43BC to anchor it in the tiller arm with a 43C cable adaptor, basically it takes a C cable and converts it for use where a "bulkhead" conncetion is desired ..
