    Default Ford Mecanical Fuel Pump

Does a BBF mechanical fuel pump use an actuator rod like a GM fuel pump? My engine currently has a block off plate and I don't know if I need to buy a rod and a fuel pump or if ford fuel pumps opperate differently and don't use a rod.

    Thanks

No. The arm is part of the pump itself, though you will need to make sure the eccentric is on the cam before mounting a mech pump.
