10.1 comp SCJ heads, trick flow heads messaged by lakes only along with the block. Has a straub cam and a C&J 1050. Peak power at 6400 rpm.

well since the cats outa the bag........I've spoke to two previous owners and as far as i know this boat has never had anything but a ford in it and as long as i own it ill keep that tradition alive! motor was garage built with lots of advice given by futs and paul at high flow dynamics. its around "600" horse straub cammed roller deal. c&j did the carb. high flow worked over the scj heads. tons and tons of my time went into building this new milll the last year or so and its still not finished.

Nice work guys, those seem like good numbers for a 504". How'd you come up with the 6400 rpm figure, did she go on a dyno?

just a guess. Thats where I told Straub to make peak at..This one didnt go on the dyno becauses hes a cheap ass and wanted to go run it.J/K

I have helped do 4 straub cammed motors and they all have been withing 100 rpm on the dyno of where I wanted peak at...thats close enough for me.
Plus C&J dialed the carb in so we felt it was close enough to go and run it. Still making tweeks here and there and he is working his ass off. It looks to be paying off.
