Default New jet boat owner and member

    Hi guys,
So after having a blast with my friends 72 18' Challenger over memorial day, I got the itch to get myself one too. So about two weeks later I found this boat locally and pulled the trigger and got it. Tell me what ya think.

    78 Hawaiian 19' - Full stringer
    - Berkeley 12JC
    - 454 BB from a 92 3/4 ton
    - All stock internals, recently went through and seals replaced
    - Quadrajet on top of an Edelbrock Performer 2-0
    - Glenwood manifolds with over transom exhaust (mufflers long gone )
    - Modified stock oil pan
    - All new carpet on interior
    - Recently replaced stringers
    - Original interior (needs replaced soon but looks better than in pics after i cleaned it up and screwed it all back in)
    - Original gel coat (still looks good but has usual nicks and scratches)
    - Pretty much brand new trailer - recently sandblasted & painted, all new wire and lights, new jack and winch, new bearings, bought new wheels and tires last week and look 10x better than the ones in the pic

    To do list
    - Fiberglass in the starboard bulkhead support
    - Fine cut polish
    - Get all the gauges working correctly
    - Most likely jet drive rebuild due to hearing bad noises last outing and bad grease seal

news wheels and tires that are on now
