I don't know what the big joke is? That's not a bad hull and with a black max 300 and the right trim plate it could run a decent number. I agree not a 110 or in a quarter mile but it could run an easy 90 trimmed right. also for 1400.00 then 12000.00 for an engine and trim package you have a decent running wacker for under 15k. How much do you have in your;e engine alone? I also agree that to get them to speed takes a few yards but with the weed eaters its all in the set up on how you want to run or use the boat! I am not a fan of clamp-on boats or do I own one but for the money (if it were close) i would scoop that deal up in a heart beat! Mark

that boat would never even come close to 90...it has no pad...there for as soon as the hull started to air out it would chine walk out of controll...ill bet it'd run 70 max (and an out of controll 70 at that)
