    I'm gunna guess it's been left behind by a renter or something, dumped in the middle of the night by the landlord or someone paid by the landlord. Hell, a chainsaw or sawzall can reduce that junk to square foot "tiles" in no time.

    probably stolen. but doesnt look like they took much except the pump/intake.

    Only true jet-owners know what a POS really looks like!!!

    I would agree it was stolen if it was dumped in Fresno or Madera, where people really need AG-pumps to water their gardens, but most people in SAC just use these boats for garbage cans and dump them along the highway when they clean out their garages!....
