    Default Info on scotten

I was informed that Bill Scotten built the engine in my boat, About time i got a solid answer. Does anyone have a way to contact him for specs. This is a solid motor and i'm not about to tear it down to find out. Just like anyone else i'd like to know what i have. Is he approachable about questions or what ? Any info would help.

If Scotten built your motor then It's probably full of used pinball machine parts.

They don't call him captain swap meet for nothing.

PM sent with what WAS a good phone # for Bill Scotten. I can't vouch for whether or not it's a good number now.

    Steve.

FUNNY, other than some porting on the jet with an a/b upgrade with some Lightning Headers and a set of headgaskets i've only had to do preventive maintenance on this engine since 1988. If he built this engine it runs strong and doesn't use a drop of oil.
