    Default Pop off clamps

Does anybody know where I can get on stainless steel clamp for a Miersch pop off? I can make on out of steel on my mill, but would rather have stainless if possible.

    Thanks for any help, Ryan

They can be made out of aluminum if you make them correctly. With the flange on the suction housing being so small the strength of a part is in its height. Just make sure you use as long of a bolt as possible so you get maximum thread engagement.

If you don't want to make them call Chris at B1 Racing (949)294-1394

Slowboy, I've seen one piece 2/3 collars on popoff's too, A stepped collar, with 1/3 of it cut out on the back side. They clamp 2/3 of the way around, installed at the opening, and rotated into place, and bolted. Custom piece I'm sure, but you can machine them pretty easy.

    Default clamps etc.

There is also a new aluminum clamp with a bigger footprint available. You can get it from Chris at B1 Racing.

John and Ralph designed the horse shoe clamp after customers were losing valves in the lake. this clamp solved that problem. tested at over 160 mph's

Hopefully this valve will simmer my CP tunnel down a little bit on shutdown.
