Default Can you ID these parts?

I am looking for a brand on these rods and crankshaft. The guy that has it bought it about 10 years ago and was told its a billet stroker crank. He has since forgotten anything else about it.

The blocks bore looks to be 4.25 with a tape measure.

Where would any markings be that could ID it?

The aluminum rods also are a mystery.
