    Default Holley carb help

Hey guys, I have a Holley 800 double pumper with mechanical secondaries (#4780) and I'm trying to find online what that carb came with stock in the way of accelerator pump cams Holley Performance Products Accelerator Pump Cam*20-12.

I have found a few places online that have every carb listed with practically whatever that carb came with stock but can't find one that mentions anything about the cams. I have rebuilt this carb to stock stuff so far but need this question answered before it's completely back to stock!! Hoping you guys know of a site that includes that info for all the carbs, that would be awesome!!

    Thanks!

    Chris

Holley has a tech support line. You might just call them direct.

Ha ha ha!! Can't believe I didn't think about actually calling them!! hahaha

I took your advise and called them, talk about a great experience!! I expected to wait on hold for hours and then have to deal with a prick on the other end, but low and behold after 3 minutes total I got my answer!! Thanks for the suggestion ICECREAMAN, just wish I could find that info online like I can about everything else interchangeable on my 800 and other carbs without having to call them!!

And by the way, in case someone else has the same question, a 800 double pumper (#4780) came with a 72 jet and a 330 pink cam on the primaries and a 76 jet with a 664 (which isn't in the cam kit) so he said that the green cam would be the closest!!

    Primaries: 72 jet
    330 cam

    Secondaries: 76 jet
664 cam (green cam is closest to the 664 cam)

Thanks again, and if anyone does indeed have a website with the breakdowns of all the carbs ever made by Holley WITH the cam specs, I'd appreciated it a ton if they could pass that along!!

    Chris

Alright guys, one for request for parts for this carb!! My dad is currently using this carb in his chevelle trying to see if he can get it to run better than his Holley 750 and so far it seems to like the 800 better!! Problem is that the previous owner of the 800 took off all of the choke related items off of the carb so it is currently chokeless!! Was wondering if anyone on here happens to have the parts laying around that they would wanna sell for a good price, electric choke or manual would work fine!! If need be, I can snap a pic of the carb as it sits now so that you would know exactly what we are lacking to install a fully functioning choke on it!! Please let me know, thank you!!

I will probably be going over to my dads house tonight and I will tell him what you said Tom, was wondering if I took a few pics of the carb and posted them up on here if it would be easier to tell what all he needs for parts to create a working choke?
