    Default Weiman Jet boat

Might pick this up. I have a 455 olds that I want to drop in a boat and this might be it. interior is a little rough (good wood and foam) but the hull is solid. Few chips in the paint.

    Yep!!
I wish I had a BBC instead of a BBO. It would make it an easier decision. me and my dad are thinking it over.

    Default great hull.

My Glencoe is a splash of that hull, rides awesome, even in relatively rough water. Rides a little wet though if your looking for speed. I mostly use mine for skiing. Would be interested in how it performs with a berk vs my Jacuzzi wj. So far my top speed is 67 mph with jbp built wj. Diverter helped a lot to "dry it out" a little.
Boating is nothing like cocaine, boating is much more addictive and results in bigger parties!

Me and my dad both have rogers' that match this. ours dont have any pump work. his has a BBC 454 and does an easy 60 mph at 4500rpm. He uses it to cruise the river so normally cruises at 40 mph. mine has a SBC 350 and will cruise at 35 mph at 3000RPM. I havent really gotten on it yet bc I put in the new motor at the end of last season and have been having electric fuel pump issues. Only been to 4000 RPM's once or twice but never held it there. my guess would be 50 mph at 4000rpm's.

Love the way these boats handle the chop. We have this extra Olds motor and wouldnt get the $$ we have in it to sell it out right. So we figure buy a Boat cheap put some money into it to make a nice river cruiser/ first timer boat and resell.

Yeah, they handle the chop decently. I run a 377 sbc in mine, berk pump with an inducer, ss b imp, stuffer, shoe, ride plate and top loader. I've also done some work to the bottom. I've gps'd mine 75. Few upgrades going on right now should be looking at 80 this summer.

Yeah mine has an ss AA imp (well thats what I was told). I believe it because it doesnt want to rev past 4000RPM

Not much. Guy who built motor estimate HP at 325 to 350 and not to rev past 5500 rpm. only paid $1100 for a rebuilt motor

Maybe, if your max rpm is 5500 tops and it only makes 350, you'd need like a C/D imp to get to max power. But then your cruise rpm might not be what you want to see. Rpm=ruins peoples motors.
