    What is the "best pump"to extract 40-50W through dip stick tube?

    Here's the one I use. I takes a while but it does the job. Pump it a few times and walk away. Repeat pumping every few minutes.

    Most of them really "Suck"

    But this one will suck the chrome off a trailer ball, kinda spendy but worth it

    I use a mitivac similar to the one icecreaman posted. Works good, finally had to buy a new one after 6 years of daily use

    Yep! Had one 15 years now, still works fine. Great for small engine (lawn mowers) oil replace too.
