    Default Rolling the Delta

[QUOTE=Cowboy_Mike;2466658]Hi, what are the hot boat hot spots, and what amenities are available[/QUO

I like to launch at Wimpy's at the top of the Moke, You can eat there too

You can roll down to Tower Park , B&W or Pirates Lair. On the Moke.

The San Juan toward Stockton has the Windmill for food

Or you can go up fourteen mile slough from there to Village West marina with Bob Burgers and Garlic Brothers,They always have the lowest fuel prices in the Delta and have fresh 91 octane

Near Discovery Bay is Orwood launch ramp they have great taco's

In Franks Tract they also have good fuel and food at the Sugar Barge

I could go on and on

Come roll with the Church and the DLB and we will show the Delta!

    Big Steve

not to many hot boats. We were just there for 6 days. been going for 41 years now. we stay at vieras resort Iselton area. we take the ski boat up there and ski, surf and wake board until your arms fall off. I have taken my Cp up there a few times. with miles of smooth river to have fun on. Love the delta.

Not sure my squirt boat can hang but it sounds like a good way to learn the area. What is the best place to camp and has a day camp or beach close by?

You will do just fine and have the time of your life doing it !

There are a few places, but the wake boats trash them

I was just out there today with a group of Keaton jet boats...we had 14 boats. They did fine out there. I see lots of jet boats and a few flats out there. Depending on what hull you have, you should be fine.

I see you are from Prunedale...do you know my buddy Larry C. He just got his Willis jet hydro going a few weeks ago.

Yes Larry is a friend, and neighbor. He has spoke highly of you! I gave him a hand with that Willis. We both neeed to run our boats and the Delta isn't much further than San Antonio.

We stayed at Snug Harbor last year, over the fourth of July week. I love the Delta. My jet boat did just fine, burned through some fuel.
