    Default Pan Evac and Water

Im installing a pan evac system today. I was wondering if i should be concerned with the water from my headers feeding back threw the lines and going into the valve covers? One would think there is enough vaccum that it wouldnt allow it to happen but i just want to be sure.

Do most guys run there headers dry when they install the system?

there is a one way check valve that screws on the header and keeps the water from coming in.

If you run 'em wet will the headers still be hot enough to quickly burn off whatever oil blows by? Or will oily droplets come outta the header and land on/in the boat?

Im sure they will be. There coated but still get fing hot.

Oil and my boat go hand and hand so a little aint going to hurt anything.

Hahaha, yeah, no shit. Back on subject, OB had that on his boat at one time, running wet headers. Don't recall him ever mentioning any problems like you was talkin about.

Of course, that was back when he was actually running his boat, so he may not actually remember if you ask him about it, lol....

Where do you get the 1 way valve(s) that you put at the headers?? Do they have a name?
