Your install looks very nice. Is your boat blown? Do you also have a jet-a-way?
I have read on these forums about some opinions on which is better, etc. I wanted to get yours. I bought a jet-a-way earlier this summer but, haven;t installed it yet. My boat won't be in the water for awhile.

I appreciate your comments on the 2 safety devices.
    thanks, Steve

    Thanks guys.

Shaun, the plates are from MPD and just modified to work with the new cut out.

    Steve,
No blower, just big CI's with the bottle. I would have installed the jet-away but the motor location was set where the boat likes it and we still wanted the back seat. In my opinion, the jet-away is more practical for a river boats and lets you dis-engage your pump to fire up on the trailer. The pop-off was not easy to install and it cost almost twice as much.

I see way too many pics of people going fast without the proper safety gear. Either way, you made a good choice by thinking safe.

    Good luck,

    Gene

Sure looks like your calling the boat a race boat now!
I guess this means you will be wearing a good jacket, balistic shorts and a helmet
