Dont take your boat. Watch from shore. And watch from Crown Point.

My family will be to the right of the tower/ IHBA trailer. set up an EZ up and grab a cooler. I recomend a waggon for carting around the cooler and chairs to the ez up. They have been D!cks about bicycles and not allowing them for the last couple years. I will be a reach lift the majority of the weekend and out there in the afternoons helping out beginning on Wed. The boats on the water are not allowed to near the action so you are way better off on the land.

Yes you can bring your own. You should have the pit passes with the passes you have if not, they are not much. I am sort of working. I have "worked" these before when I am not running my boat and last year I ran the equipment becayse some of the volunteers were having a rough time and dammaging racers trailers and boats. I will be there running a reach lift and probably the skip loader between rounds on the ramp.

Glad you'll be there, Cy. We won't be, just way too much stuff going on. At least if you are on the lift that'll be on less lift to worry about, Those guys last year did a good job of tearing up, and beating the crap out of the boats and trailers. That's one part of the race I definately won't miss. See ya later

P.S. I wonder how the boat count will be; with NJBA running the same weekend, I know some guys run NJBA instead of IHBA when they have a choice.

Well Steve, too bad you can't make it out there. I know Tre will miss busting the boys' balls. The last couple years have been the same weekend as Bako unfortunately. I really like the SD races and it should be a good show. The fuelers are the ones I love but hate dumping in the water because I know one slip can cause a huge monetary loss to the team. Wether it is some rudder dammage or otherwise. You can't be too careful.

My dad said he saw a glimpse of this event from the air, when he flew out yesterday.
