    Default small block fords?

    Any one running one? If so where can you get over the transon headers for them?

    don't know about the headers..but a guy near aha quin(blythe) runs a real clean hallet ..sprint jet ithink....with a 5.0L, complete with the fuel injection everything polished, like out of a mustang or exporer. I don't know him personally, but it is definitely a cool cruiser if you ask me. I am almost positive he isrunning log exhaust but i haven't seen it in a while.

    Josh, from JetBoat Performance is running a pretty wild small block Ford with OT headers in his jet, may get up with him... Pretty sure there are pics on JBPs website....

    Yup, just looked on their website & found some, they are kinda small pics though....

    Good to hear,I thought all the jet boaters where against fords and small blocks but i've just got my first jet boat and was thinking about a small block ford.

    Nah, there are lots of people running Fords out there, and plenty of them are strong running mofos too. Most of them are big blocks though. Far as running a small block, I have heard of people doing it with good results, just kinda depends on what you're after with the boat.

    Those Ford engines are awesome. They make fantastic anchors...specially the 460's.

    16 foot Cobra hull and Berkley pump.It last had a Chevy 396 engine in it.
