    Default Crusader Boats

Looking to see if anyone has info on Crusader Boats (before the fire in 89). Have a 23' day cruiser (original owner from 87), purchased from a boat builder in Auburn, CA called American Eagle Boats. They went out of business in the early 90's so I'm at another dead end. I'm slowly refurbishing parts & pieces but having problems finding repair parts for the side windows and other items. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Might have to have someone do a "one off" custom piece for it. I assume it's plexi or lexan? If so, it doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to get a piece of one or the other and cut one out?

    Nice looking boat.

Try contacting Stan Moskua (SP?). He owned Crusader at one point and now has a shop in either Hemet or San Jacinto area. I'm pretty sure that Greg Shoemaker would have his number. RD

    Default Crusader

This boat was built by a number of Mfg's. Crusader, Carrera, Omega,Silverrado and I'm sure there a few others that I have forgot about.Do you still have the frames ? if you do getting window replacements should not be a problem. Let me know if you need some help.

Tried the two numbers listed as contact No's on crusadercustomboats.com. Neither number works. If you have a good PH Number or e mail, I'll try that. Frames and window are good, the inside latching system is the problem. I'll get some pic's this weekend and post to see if it might ring a bell with some one

Stan is still around, but I seriously doubt he has any parts still in inventory for these things.. I could be wrong...

Stan is involved with the new Carerra Boat (not the other company owned by Dennis Winzen) company that is advertising that new 20 foot gullwing on Craigslist. If you contact them you can get ahold of Stan and he may be able to direct you to a source for the parts you need...
