My understanding is Bob Leach sold Greg the molds for the 19' Daytona (which you already have). Greg is offering 2 setups....a race bottom and a recreational bottom....again, this is what I've heard....doesn't mean its fact.

Your best bet is to call Greg Shoemaker and get the lowdown straight from the man himself.

He may tell you stick with your current setup and just work it a little.

    Good luck!

You must be talking about the TPR mold, cuz if im not mistaken the other one that he owns is the Daytona, and you already own one of those!
I love mine! but its not a GS boat, it is a Stealth by Tom Papp Racing, the yellow one that is here on the boards, is Bob Fry's, he seems to love his, he spent alot of time with Tommy and im sure there was a certain standard he was expecting being Shoemakers first one out of that particular mold.
From what i could see from the cell phone pics, it looked real nice!
There is absolutly nothing i do not love about my boat, all positive, and would never buy another 19 tunnel!

I believe most are in Bakersfield right now for the drags, you might get more of a response on sunday night or early next week.
If you have any more questions feel free, just ask!
I think MikeD is another guy you could get in contact with, he is in kahootz with GS somehow.

I would go with the GS TPR hull. They are great riding boats and my next boat.

That right there my friend, was the single best day i have had in that boat with the wife and no kid!....was'nt wanting to push my luck, as we were heading to the trailer and on to the longest drive i have ever had from the river/home!
I am ready to keep it where it is...with the back seat where it is....i would have my work cut out to try to keep up with you and "Waynard"! I'll end up carrying all of the fuel for you fukkers!

    thanks guys!
i really appreciate it, the reason i think i want a new GS "daytona" is cuz mine is a heavy lay up, and its a 88, someone before me cut the stringers down to lower the seats, the list goes on.
I have talked to Greg a few times, heard his name for years and just makin my mind at ease befor i lay down the bones!
