    Default Help identifying this boat hull

    Hey I was just wondering if anybody had any idea what this hull is from the guy says its a 21 chris craft but I have no clue

    thats what i was thinking at first was kona but it looks similar to the challengers, tahitis, and kachina 19s and some of those splashes

    such as this southwind

    Sure doesn't look like its 21' numbers will tell the tale, could be a Crusader also

    Not sure of your plans, but if he's not paying you to take that boat off his hands, I wouldn't waste my time messing with it. Like you suspect, I think it looks like a 18' splash of maybe a Southwind or whatever. Craigslist has several similar boats on trailers for dirt cheap.

    Clearly not a Chris Craft and if the title (if there is a title) says that ,likely its been "retitled incorrectly" .. Like Icecreaman indicated the seller should pay you to haul it away regardless of what hull it is ... Tom

    im getting the hull for free but is it even worth picking it up or no?

    Would depend mostly on its structure and particularly the condition of the wood (stringers etc) the intake for the Jet is worth some $

    It is always less expensive to buy one lake ready than to build one from that condition. Unless you have some type of sentimental attachment to that hull save your money and let someone else deal with the headache of hauling that one away.
