It's just a 1/8 pipe plug. You can get them at any hardware store. I use brass

Thought that too but, True value, and Lowes were a no go. Only thing I could find is ones like this:Socket Pressure Plugs | MSCDirect.com

Will these work or do the need to have a head on them like these? 1/8" Male NPT Brass Pipe Plug

Napa should have them. They're just standard pipe plugs. You can order them from mcmaster carr too if you can't find em locally

A hardware store should have them. Do you have an ace?

Those are exactly what I used when I was running dry.

Standard 1/8 pipe plug will work. I would suggest installing them with some copper anti-seize since you might want to take them out later. I would also suggest brass and stay away from a allen headed plug. Even with anti-seize, they are a bugger to get back out if they have been on for a while and the allen headed plugs always seem to strip.

Good info. I have the Allen headed ones cause they look a little cleaner IMO. But I take em out every so often and put more anti seize on em and clean out the threads. Sucks if they round out or break.
