Default My new to me boat 19' spectra/targa

I sold my southwind last night and woke up more depressed than I have ever been. All the countless hours I put into that boat, I hated to part with it. Well today I went to go look at a boat that has been in the spam section a long time. The minute I drove up I knew I had to get it. It is all original. It's our 3rd brown boat in a row lol. It is the cleanest boat I've bought. Along with the boat I got every single piece of paper and receipt that ever had to do with this boat including the original invoice. Needless to say I am stoked, and so are my girls.
It's got a 454 bored .30 over with an isky jet boat cam. It sounds pretty healthy. I'm really curious to see how it'll perform. At some point I'll have to pull the intake and get it cut for a shoe and ride plate.
I need to get a droop, diverter, foot pedal, swim steps, and a Bimini.

Congrats on the new ride. I remember seeing it and thinking how clean it looked.

Thanks jake, really the wife didn't care, she told me to keep the tunnel but 1. I can't justify 2 boats as I only boat with my family, and 2. I did what's best for the boat. Can't be havin sand and toys and shit (literally) all over that pretty boat.

Thanks, my only worry was why it had been for sale so long. I was hoping that it was clean, as I drove down the hill and saw it shining I knew I was buying it.

So does anyone have a version of this hull? How's it perform in a jet configuration?

Super nice clean ride. I love the classic original boats. I am shocked you sold that Southwind. That thing was stunning when you finished with it. I can only imagine what this one will look like in a year or two. With your eye for detail I am sure it will be even better than it is now.

As of right now I just wanna work on performance, heading to get a droop and diverter right now. It's full stringer so eventually I'll do some motor upgrades. A solid 80mph cruiser sounds good to me. I'll be cleaning up some stuff, re-anno and stuff. Just little details. I don't plan on doing anything to the gel whatsoever. I love the colors
