I just wanted to give a shout to a guy that went way above and beyond to make a customer very happy. Tim Place at Place Diverter gets it! This guy took the time on Easter no less to walk my wife through everything she needed to know about getting me a diverter as a surprise Easter present. Definitely beats a hollow chocolate rabbit I honestly can't tell you that I've had a similar experience anywhere else. So when it's time for some roost I strongly recommend going factory direct.
Tim helped me solve a simple cable issue today. He was nice enough to take some time away from what he was doing to look at what I had going on and simply solved my issue. Really appreciated all the help I've gotten from them over the past couple months. Thanks again Tim!
Heck man, if it was me I'd be thanking my wife over.....and over..... and over again for going the right route to get the right stuff!! But that is awesome for a business owner to take time out on a holiday with family to help a customer, don't see it all that often anymore!
Nice to see this guy has changed his ways. Long story short he made me an offer to try one product then if it didn't work he would exchange it and give me $100 back, we shook hands and a deal was made. A week later I show up at his shop and he looks me in the eye and screws me out of $50. I made a stink on scjb and he sent me a text asking for my address so he could make it right. He did Not. Still have the text telling me he was sorry and us Rogers guys should stick together. Good to see he's going out of his way to help others.
