    Default CP Regatta

This has been on my bucket list for the past 5 or 6 years. Spent many weekends between Paradise point and Lost Lake 35+ years ago. This time I would return with my Blown nos 540 Datona capable of running PE. WOULD LOVE TO RACE ALL COMERS. Meet some new friends and hopefully some old ones. After talking with Bill Scoten at the Bako NJBA race a couple of weeks ago he told me that an old buddy (Tom Iezzi) was managing or somehow involved with Paradise Point. Any info or phone numbers would be greatly appreciated in contacting Tom or Paradise so that I could get a reservation for that weekend. Thanks Steve Pauletto 509 994 1871 Or [email protected]

    Steve,
Drag that thing down for the regatta, would love to see it and you'll have plenty of people to "play" with.
As for the Iezzi's, his wife Sue works at Aha Quin. You might try calling the store for his number.

Good luck and hope to see you there!

For the powers to be running this deal. I was not there last year but everyone I talked to that went was pretty turned off by the boat traffic and non performance boats making waves this past year. Obviously everyone should be welcome but is there a way a flyer can be handed out at the gate asking non perf boats to beach on the up river side of the sandbar or something of the sorts? Just friendly feedback

100% Agree. It's seems like a simple and obvious request, but it's also hard to fix stupid people. Maybe we'll put signs along that side of the sandbar. Good idea.

The water should be back to normal levels and not as high this year. That should also help a little.
