So I ended up making the switch to a dolly trailer this year and I'm glad i did! I feel like people are still skeptical to get a dolly cause they aren't sure if it will tow well (excpecially river guys the haul a few hundred miles) but this thing tows like a champ. It tows better then my old competitive trailer. I think because this new dolly has the torsion axles and not the leaf springs. But other then it saving space I think it looks killer. :))THumbsUp

So after towing it at night I realized I needed marker lights. So i put LED lights on the fenders (red on the rear of the fender and yellow on the front). I forgot how much I used those marker lights, excpecially since i have dark tint on my truck. When im driving I can actaully see the lights in my rearview mirrows

That is badass looking, I'm planning doing the same for my boat so it will fit in my narrow side 7ft concrete pad and since boat is about 26ft long with pump and trailer.Love the fat fenders.Who built it and can I buy fenders and axles etc from them. Congrats ...Awesome:)devil
Jason did my trailer aka River Dad. So i guess you could call it a ROKE trailer. But i gotta give the Paint and prep work credit to Sam Carlos. He's also on the boards here.

Good point Kjell... As I recall this trailer was around 80 inches fender to fender, not sure how that equates to most enclosed wheel well openings.

This trailer was built more for road use and space savings in the garage, let alone how easy it makes maintenance work.... Saves the back big time... They can certainly be tailored to whatever axle width is needed.

Good info Kjell..... Looks like it would fit but would be tight... Built this one a little wider than the others we did, I like the look of the fenders being split about half way by the hull... Since the 19 has such a large flare it works well.

There are numerous sources for axles and you set the dimensions, drop, face to face, etc. torsions give a nice ride... Fenders are from Wolfe Industries ( fenders n more). They will drop shipping and will sell direct..

Sam did a killer job on it.. Interestingly enough it was built for a Rouse 19, and the bunks fit Davey's CP exactly.... First time i ever really checked...

If anybody needs contact info for the vendors that sell good dolly trailer parts, just shoot me a PM
