I have a pair. 2 weeks ago they were both lightly bead blasted, mag'ed, and put on eBay with no bids. $100 for the pair plus shipping, shipping will be a lot. They are bare with bronze liners in the guides, never been hurt.

    Wow, probably good deal.

I bought an unknown quality 455 olds with C heads for $500 back about 15 yrs ago or earlier. I asked the local olds performance/restoration shop (was an Olds new car dealer too) some questions and they offered me $500 for the heads sight unseen.

I brought the heads to them, got my $500 and a tour of their time wrapped 442's and other olds collectibles, and left. Guess they where psyched for those heads as they didn't know me from a whole in the wall.

Can't remember if it was $500 or $700, so I'll leave the story as $500.

Sold the shortblock and remaining 455 parts for around $500.

Bought a 454 BBC for $500, put about $300-$400 into it, and the Olds Cutlass ran faster down the track then it ever did with Olds power. LOL.

Are you kidding? That's a smokin' deal! A friend of mine paid $700 for a pair of Ka heads. I couldn't believe there wasn't a bidding war on those heads, much less not 1 bidder.

BTW, I've got one bare Ka head left, also lightly bead blasted and mag'ed, it's on eBay at $40 + shipping.
