About LinkBacksLooking through the jet pics section and a few manifolds looked to have wires running to the manifold, then i saw this one, are these soft lines for nitrous? I see the hardlines on the outside but what about the center?

Looking through the jet pics section and a few manifolds looked to have wires running to the manifold, then i saw this one, are these soft lines for nitrous? I see the hardlines on the outside but what about the center?
I remember seeing that pic before. Looks like "soft" lines. Could you picture trying to fab and install "hard" lines under the runners and plenum?
How about drilling those holes and welding the bungs. Thats got to be tuff to do with no leaksOriginally Posted by Oldsquirt
I'm sure they were drilled from inside the ports, which wouldn't have been that hard. The welding, on the other hand,...would have been tough. It would be a balmy 85* in Steel's shop if he would move a little faster
If it's for idle air, then why does it have a red and blue line going to a fogger injector? Does it have another solenoid at the other end of the manifold? Looks to me like a lot of work to put in a second fogger system.

He was J/K about the idle air deal. I think there are some really cool NOS install pics in the jet boat pics thread.
2 stage nitrous system. That's pretty bad azz! Saw several 3 stage systems at the PSCA drags 2 weeks ago. Wait till you see one of those set-ups.
