Funny thing is my cousin asked me this exact question this weekend and I could only answer with I'm sure there has. He thinks they should keep records for this sort of thing. Can't be that many!!! It's hard enough to cut a perfect light let alone run a .000!!!

It has been done , The CDBA usually has one of the sponsors put up money for the "PERFECT PASS". In the past Jim Andrews (Andrews race engines) has been a big supporter. The money grows from race to race till the lucky man takes home the dough. I'm still just trying to get an 11.000 et. Jim
On Sunday two Pro-Mods ran 7.00's I wonder if they had .0 lights ? I still count that as nearly-perfect
jon, i had a 10.000 sunday morning, but my light was a crappy 0.104. the problem with running a 10.000 is that it's not tooooo far from a 9.99something... got back to a nice 0.008 r/t on the next pass, but that 9.996 sorta ended my day... (how long is 0.004 seconds anyway?) if ya keep shootin at somethin long enough, you may eventually hit it. but the margin for error is not very large.
