Default Any reputable mobile rigger/gel-coater in Southern Cal or Bullhead City/Needles area?

I need some work done on my jet boat... Mostly re-gelcoating the bottom to get rid of the few scratches as the result of beaching and also someone who is really good at removing the existing goop from where my Dominator pump attaches to the transom and redo it cleanly and in the process take care of the leak.

I prefer for someone to come to my house and do it there, rather than taking it to some shop and have it sit there forever and keep being told to call them back next week (I'm sure u all know what I mean)... The boat is in Bullhead city/Needles area but if there is nobody in that area, I'm willing to tow it down to my house in Orange County to get it done there...

Any references that you guys can provide, is certainly appreciated...

    Thanx a bunch,

    Mike...

Tom Peterson in Havasu 626 258-7207. He works with Scott. You will not find a better combo period!! You will hear nothing but positive remarks on this board as well!

Don't think that anyone does house calls.

Dido, house calls don't happen... Never dealt with Scott but have built a few trailers for his customers and heard nothing but good. Tom Peterson is the best of the best in my book , and Havi is pretty close for ya. Good luck, post some pics on before and after.

It's time. Most guys charge a shop rate for labor so if you are willing to pay that for them to drive to your house and then back to the shop, I guess it's possible.... Just don't hear of it often.....

I just had Genesis in Hemet do a few small scratch and ding repairs on that brown and tan spectra/northstar I had listed in the SPAM section, then do a color sand and buff. Boat came out amazing, looks brand new.......... I would highly recommend them, but I guarantee they wont do a house call...

Really, nobody worth their salt is going to try and load up their whole shop to do a gelcoat job in someones driveway. Just to much stuff required to do the job right. Getting your boat detailed in your driveway is doable. Getting the bottom re-gelled/ repaired.... not so much. Honestly, I'd be suspect of someone who would be willing to try this "road call". They better have awesome credentials.
