Default Looking for an engine dyno for break in

I'll be running a flat tappet cam in the 545 and would like to break the engine in (as well as tune and make a few pulls) on a dyno. I'm looking for a shop in/close to Orange County that can deal with the peculiarities of a jetboat engine on a dyno.

Allen At BEP can do it, but you get nowhere near the knowledge of Steve Brule at westech. bep is open on Saturday and that's when he does most of his dyno work.

Allen at BEP has vast knowledge of N/A motors having competed in Pro Stock racing.
Something that most dyno operators Don't have.

I've never had an issue with Allan's machine work or his parts, he turns out very good quality work and he knows what he's doing. I know people that have been dealing with him for over 20 years and have never had an issue with his work either. If you and your guys had an issue with his work you should of talked to him about it instead of crying on here and trying to give him a bad name. He is a very fair and honest person, he would of fixed something if he messed it up!

I would second this, not trying to bad mouth, but make sure you know what your doing and keep an eye on whats going on. Westech is my place of choice, but BEP in a pinch if needed. Ive seen and talked to more than a few that had some sort of problems with a few builds, but he would always make it right in the end.

Also, not to be confused with Allens shop BEP, but BPE racing heads in anahiem off of orangethorpe and the 57 has a real nice dyno as well. Always see top notch builds running there.

Are you sure BPE is still there? Looks like the building is vacant.
